If you have an account through Samsung HVAC’s B2B or dealer link system, use the same credentials to log in to the Samsung HVAC Mobile App.
Scan the barcode of a unit to instantly capture the model and serial number. You can also populate the installation address while on site by enabling location services.
The SPEC feature lets you view specific documents like manuals, drawings, exploded views, and tech bulletins. Just click the “Spec” icon on the home screen. Simply tap the search bar to type in or scan the product name or product ID.
To see more, click “list more” at the bottom. When you find the code you’re looking for, simply click it to see its associated information. If you already know the error code you’re looking for, simply type the code in the search bar and then tap the magnifying glass to bring it up.
Grab serial numbers instantly by scanning them instead of manually inputting them. This allows you to quickly and easily find information for models, distributors, service info, registration, warranty history, and BOM.
Technical support videos are easily accessible in order to help you better understand a product.
To find a product’s BOM, simply tap the “BOM” icon on the home screen. Then on the next page enter or scan the Product ID and the BOM will populate.
Marketing videos can help refresh your memory on some of the product’s biggest features. You can easily access them by tapping the “Marketing Video” icon on the second page of the home screen.
Instantly check the pressure and temperature conversion chart by tapping the “PT Chart.”
