DVM S Water-Geo delivers efficient, year-round heating and cooling using closed-loop water or geothermal sources—now enhanced with next-generation A2L refrigerant technology, advanced safety features, and simplified compliance.

3, 4, and 5-ton 1Ø non-modular units available in Heat Pump only. 6, 8, 10, 16, and 20-ton 3Ø modules available in Heat Pump and Heat Recovery (configured in field). Connect up to 3 units for system capacities up to 34 tons.

      SHUT-OFF VALVE

      New System accessory, Shut-off Valve Box (SVB) has been introduced for 1- to 12 port. Each outlet port of the Mode Change Unit (MCU), and SVB is equipped with a shut-off valve to isolate the downstream refrigerant circuit when a leak is detected, minimizing refrigerant release.

      All R-32 DVM S Water-Geo, Indoor, MCU, and SVB Units are manufactured with Refrigerant Detection Sensors (RDS) inside the unit to continuously monitor for refrigerant leaks within or adjacent to the unit, providing early detection and automatic response to enhance occupant safety.

      DVM S Water-Geo units feature factory-provided duct connections for optional field-installed ventilation. A built-in contact output can activate an external exhaust fan if a refrigerant leak is detected, creating negative pressure to help safely ventilate the space.

    WIDE VARIETY OF INDOOR UNIT OPTIONS 

    Our indoor units offer superior performance, flexible installation, and ease of operation. These units employ innovative technologies, like our WindFree™* Cooling technology, to optimize comfort in any environment. With over 10 different types of indoor units, ranging from 5,000 to 96,000 Btu/h, there are solutions for almost any application.



    ADVANCED COMMISSIONING AND SERVICE 

    DVM S Water-Geo systems are equipped with a removable EEPROM chip on the main circuit board to store startup information, system settings, serial number, and other field programmed data. This allows for ease of startup, commissioning, product registration, and future service work when using Samsung service software (S-Net Pro2).



    CONTROL INTEGRATION OPTIONS

    A number of control options are available to fit a variety of project needs, from simple local controllers to full central control options. This allows the capability to integrate into any Building Management System (BMS) through BACnet, LonWorks, or Modbus.



    EXTENDED PIPING LENGTH 

    DVM S Water-Geo systems offer installation flexibility with maximum piping length up to 558 ft., vertical separation up to 164 ft. between the condensing unit and lowest indoor unit (when the condensing unit is above indoor units), 131 ft. between the condensing unit and highest indoor unit (when the condensing unit is below the indoor units), and 164 ft. (Heat Pump) or 131 ft. (Heat Recovery) between the highest and lowest indoor units. Indoor units on a Heat Recovery system connected to the same MCU have a vertical separation up to 49ft.
